One of the most influential experiences in my life was competing in my first IRONMAN 140.3km triathlon a few years ago. My journey from training to the finish line made me realize I can accomplish anything if I put my goals in sight and believe. I carry that mindset with me in everything I do.
On the weekends I enjoy running, biking and coaching my two children’s sporting events. Our family is also committed to giving back to our local community. As a part of this effort, I have served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Geneva Community Chest for several years, managing the 50+ year old organization and providing leadership to its nearly three dozen directors.
Ryan is a principal and co-founder of Versa Real Estate Services. He began his career with Oak Brook Bank (now Fifth Third Bank) as a real estate analyst and portfolio manager. Following that, he moved to national retail redevelopment firm TriLand Properties, where his responsibilities included acquisitions, capital raising, and leasing a national 2,500,000 square foot retail portfolio.
Immediately prior to founding Versa Real Estate Services, Ryan was a Managing Director of Bradford Allen, a full service real estate services company. During his tenure, Ryan completed hundreds of transactions representing entrepreneurial to institutional clients with their local and national real estate needs.
Ryan is a licensed Managing Broker in the State of Illinois and has held other professional designations and affiliations including:

Most notably, Ryan holds the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.
